The Mother Of All Conspiracy Theories
It would be a simple matter for Obama to release the necessary papers and end the speculation. The number of people calling for proof of Obama's U.S. citizenship is growing larger and louder and threatens to mar his presidential legacy before it begins. Yet, Obama will not produce the certificate and will not release other paperwork that would lend credence to his claim of Hawaiian origins. Why? Call me crazy if you like but I think it might be part of a larger plan. A recent report by the Army War College's Strategic Studies Institute (PDF, page 31 and etc.), says that the U.S. military must prepare for "a violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States" that could be provoked by "unforeseen economic collapse" or "loss of functioning political and legal order." In addition, the Washington Post noted late last year that "the U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the United States by 2011 trained to help state and local officials respond to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe." Since then, the Army Times has reported that the domestic emergency army unit has been increased to 80,000 troops, currently in training in Georgia. All is made ready to force a paradigm shift in the political landscape; here is how it will happen. It is obvious to an impartial observer that Barack Obama is in way over his head. Even his supporters are embarrassed by his glaring inexperience and lack of gravitas. In addition, Obama's questionable political past has long been a subject of discussion. Some people are beginning to wonder about the man behind the curtain. In any case, the aggressive charge to the left by Obama and company is unprecedented; the United States has gone from a quasi free society to a socialist state in just 100 days. It seems clear that there was plenty of preparation preceding this public and pecuniary predicament. Now, bear with me for a moment as I indulge in a bit of conspiracy theorizing. What if Obama was chosen to run for president by a leftist cabal that had cooked up a plan designed to plunge this nation into chaos. I'm not talking about the current mess we are in; certainly the mortgage meltdown was a fortunate turn of events from their point of view, but it is not the specific disaster they had in mind. Their goal is to force a constitutional convention and in the crisis mentality that will surround the event, dramatically and irreversibly alter the political landscape of the United States. Barack Obama presented the leftist cabal with a unique opportunity; he was a rising political star devoid of experience and character who warmed the heart of the masses - but was not constitutionally qualified to be president. If they could manage to have such a man elected then he would be putty in their hands and open the door to the crisis they needed in order to implement their plan.1 Crisis intervention has long been a tactic used by the left to seize power in democratic nations. Today's turbulent times have fortuitously paved the way for their next move. Chance having carried their plan thus far, the leftist conspiracy finds itself sitting in the middle of a pot of political gold. The contrived crisis is already 90% accomplished. A necessary period of recession has been artificially transformed into a worldwide calamity and the stage is set for the event that will send this nation over the edge. Not wanting to "waste a good crisis" I believe that the leftist cabal will wait until Obama has pushed through most of their agenda before they act. When they do, Obama's foreign citizenship will be leaked to a right wing personality or organization. Believing that they have been given the scoop of the century they will not hesitate to break the story. The leftist conspiracy will use the political leanings of the entity (can you say FOX?), to their advantage. When Obama's Kenyan birth is revealed the nation will be plunged into chaos. There will be a "loss of functioning political and legal order" as the bills Obama has signed and other executive actions become null and void. If the unwashed masses do not panic when it is revealed that the man who garnered 52% of the popular vote for president in 2008 is constitutionally bared from office, the mainstream media will (unwittingly?), do what is necessary to produce the necessary turmoil. In any case, the national government will grind to a halt. It makes me think of Secretary of State Alexander Haig's famous line after the attempt on President Reagan's life in 1981: "I am in control here" when of course he wasn't. However, someone other than Obama will take charge when the pretender's ineligibility is disclosed. That someone (or group), will declare martial law and then, in order to give their actions the aura of legitimacy, maneuver the mob to demand a constitutional convention (or some other dramatic resolution), to bring an end to the crisis. Once the Constitution has been laid open to their meddling, the barrier to an Obama presidency may or may not be removed. The real goal of the leftist cabal is to rewrite the Constitution to reflect their socialist ideology. Article II:5 may be eliminated simply to throw a bone to certain members of the "opposition party" who lust after a move to the White House but are currently prohibited. In the mean time, Barack Obama will be shunted to the side and largely forgotten (easily enough I think). The inherently racist left is willing to abide a man of color in the Oval Office only as long as it advances their agenda. Once his usefulness is ended, Obama will be excluded from the cabal. He was probably assured by the conspiracy that his foreign birth would never come to light; I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't know this is coming. Like all conspiracy theories this one appears farfetched - unless it proves true. ______________________________ 1. I am aware of Amendment 20, section 3 which reads: "If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified." This too will be useful to the leftist conspiracy since they currently control the House, but I don't think they will simply exercise the provisions of Amendment 20:3 and call it a day. Again, according to their admitted political philosophy, "never let a good crisis go to waste." |
